Flexion Adduction Internal Rotation Rest Click Test

Procedure: Patient is side lying. The examiner stabilizes the pelvis, then passively moves the patient's hip through 50 to 100 degrees of hip flexion and adduction while internally rotating the hip.

What constitutes a positive test: Presence of a click or reproduction of symptoms
